Angie’s List has given all the staff at A&D Windows an early present this year: the Super Service Award for 2013. Actually, we have been working all year to earn just such an award. We are grateful for the year, and for the customers we serve. You might not think so, but customers have a lot to do with our quality of service, too, in so many ways. And we’d like to thank our customers for their great attitudes in looking for quality service, and for giving us the opportunity to provide products and services that meet their needs. When our guys (and Michelle in the office) encounter quality people, their own commitment to great service is rewarded and encouraged. So we are happy to do the little extra things, and make sure that the work we do is completed to the satisfaction of the customers. When customers recognize that their satisfaction is a high priority for us, that is the real reward we are looking for. Our reward is that customers know that they matter to us, and what happens to them matters to us.
